Jufitri is a Human Development Consultant. He was the President Malaysia Youth Council and one of the pioneers who is responsible to create Youth Work ecosystem in Malaysia. 

He is the Head of Coach for the Malaysia Youth Volunteer Leaders (MyCorps) 2016-2018 under Ministry of Youth and Sports. He hopes to contribute his knowledge and experience for the continuity in CAYWA
